QUALITY CONTROL: A PRIORITY

Nuova Vitrofin S.r.l.. quality system is based both on some in-line automatic quality control system and on special in process procedures carried out by trained operators. After production a final test is carried out on statistycal samples in compliance with the 105 standard and a compliance certificate is issued. In process tests are meant to verify dimensions, products functionality, pre-breakage load and glass strain.

All data concerning our productions, performances and quality targets are constantly analyzed in order to optimize the plant’s yield and constantly improve processes.

Annual maintenance, auditing and training campaigns are held along with a constant update of the plant equipment and machines.
